Repsonsible for coordination with various stakeholders at District Level to ensure successful execution of the program activities

Integrated DRR & Livelihood Project in Partnership with WFP:-
While ensuring that all project interventions remain relevant, efficient, and meet desired goal and objectives.
More specifically, provide leadership to the 32 team members and administrative management to ensure that project interventions delivered
on time with quality and informed by and participated in by target communities and all other stakeholders,
Also responsible to corroborate appropriate structures, staffing, financial management, resources are available, and policies adhered to and corresponded to the standards set by QC and the donor.

Responsible to implement WASH Response to flood 2022 project in District Rajanpur, while ensuring that all project interventions remain relevant, efficient, and meet desired goal and objectives. More specifically, provide leadership to the 40 team members and administrative management to ensure that project interventions delivered on time with quality and informed by and participated in by target communities and all other stakeholders, Also responsible to corroborate appropriate structures, staffing, financial management, resources are available, and policies adhered to and corresponded to the standards set by QC and the donor.

PATS PLUS CLEAN AND GREEN PAKISTAN Project
·       Ensure quality implementation of program activities in the district as per budget and workplan
·       Ensuring coordination and engagement with key stakeholders
·       Provide leadership during all phases of the project including setting up, project implementation, procurement, monitoring, reporting and coordination.
·       Prepare detail implementation plan, work plans of project activities
·       Manage and support project team throughout project cycle (Implementation, Management, Monitoring and evaluation).
·       Plan and supervise day to day implementation of the project activities in alignment with project proposal.
·       To ensure timely procurement of the required goods and services
·       Develop and regularly update the project expenditure plan cash need projections and oversee budget utilization. Contribute to the preparation of quarterly phased expenditure plan
·       Ensure that recruitment of staff follow HR recruitment policies and guidelines 
·       Liaise with local/government authorities and participate in meetings and assemblies initiated by local government, NGOs, other stakeholders and communities.
·       Ensure that objectives and indicators as outlined in the grant agreement are met in time
·       Preparation of periodic reports including event reports, training reports, monthly progress reports success stories

WASH RESPONSE TO COVID-19 & PATS PLUS CLEAN AND GREEN PAKISTAN Projects:  
     To contribute in developing and implementing M&E systems for new projects.
       Support the QC team in developing the Detail Implementation Plan for different projects
       Data management, analysis and sharing on regular basis keeping project records.
       Collection of qualitative and quantitative data, report writing and sharing the findings and feedback with the concern bodies on timely basis.
       Ensure process and progress monitoring in regular basis and produce impact material such as case studies
     Facilitate donor visits, briefings, internal reviews, program presentations etc
      Develop new formats for effective reporting system; ensure that M&E policy is fully adopted in the cycle of project implementation.
  Preparation of progress reports at weekly, monthly and quarterly basis of different projects.

 Ensure effective monitoring and evalaution system is placed for the organization by developing M&E Tools/plans. Data Collection and overseeing the activities,  drafting case studies Produce high quality periodical progress reports by highlighting program achievements, especially in relation to performance indicators. coordinate with staff for managing program data in both soft and hard copies in a timely manner,  Supervise technical and support staff, and work with relevant program personnel to ensuring best practices/systems for office management.  Timely preparation and submission of progress reports . Ensuring the quality outputs/results of the project as per implementation timeline. Close coordination and follow up with project participants & stakeholders; other projects and departments within the organization. Coordination and submission of reports with various donors including Penny Appeal, Children of Adams, Human Appeal and DAI.

Planning Phase:
• To coordinate and build Liaison with District Health Authority and Provincial EPI for Measles Campaign Launching
• Microplanning Validation and Monitoring Training sessions and to take corrective actions for effective Implementation
Execution, Monitoring and Controlling:
• To Monitor the Field Teams for effective Implementation and vaccination of Children
• To coordinate with UCMOs for verification of Teams compositions as per microplan
• Support DHA for arranging Social Mobilization activities (Walks, Seminars, Launching)
Financial:
• Support and Guide District Health Authority for financial Record maintenance and Voucher Preparation
• Support District Health Authority in Preparation of DDM Cards for payments
Evaluation:
• Support DHA in conduction of Evaluation from Third Party
• Evaluation of Urban weak Immunization Coverage UCs
Closing/Reports:
• Prepare Monitoring & Evaluation Reports

INCLUSIVE EDUCATION PROJECT
Overall management of the activities under project inclusive voucher scheme at Provincial Level. Keep close coordination and Management with district field coordinators/ teams in 7 target districts for data and progress reports, Punjab education foundation, TAMO, DGPR and other stake holders. Responsible for developing awareness material, training modules. responsible for procurement and Monitoring of the construction of inclusive friendly school infrastructure and assistive devices for special childs in PEF schools.  To conduct Training Sessions for teachers Plan and organized seminars, consultative meetings, progress review meetings with all the stake holders. 
preparation and presentation of reports, case studies to the PD and austarity Committee of the department.

• Monitoring of EPI teams of health department regularly.
• Responsible for Data collection by conducting FGDs, Interviews and data analysis.
• Keep close coordination with EDO Health, DO Health and District health staff
• Responsible for Micro plan validation in field and also desk review from BHUs.

An assignment for UNICEF: (UNICEF funded projects monitoring of District level.)PATS/WASH, livelihoods, DRR, Health, Child Protection and Education.
• Monitoring of Non-formal education centers and ensures its smooth working.
• Responsible for Monitoring of VTIs and get parents feedback about learning.
• Responsible for Monitoring of PATS/WASH soft activities like Health hygiene session, triggering process, trainings, and hard activities like latrine construction, Sewerage treatment Unit in schools as well in communities.
. To Monitor Hand Pum Installation and Ensure Pad and ablution area construction
• Keep close liaison with the EDOs/ DOs of the concern district and line departments. Report writing on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

During this tenure worked as community mobilizer in CMAM-Nutrition Project for the identification of MAM/SAM and awarness to PLWs also provided support in provision of Nutrition suplliments. 
In Livelhood Proejct Lead the social mobilization team of 10 team mbembers, verification of SME/ CCG beneficiaries. 
also reposnsible for coordination, reporting and achieving the planned results.
